We are looking for organizations to join as partners for this exciting event. There are a number of ways local organizations can be involved in Treats and Trails, including registering as a partner, becoming a sponsor, and/or volunteering at the event.

• Partner Registration: Entities will host a candy station for the duration of the event, perks include direct engagement with attendees, ability to pass out giveaways, and logo at candy stop.
  • FREE for nonprofits, schools, and government organizations 
  • $150 for businesses and corporations

It is expected that all partners and sponsors bring 3,000 pieces of candy that they will give away during the event. This is a great opportunity to connect with a few thousand people in our community! Partners will receive a table if requested, you can also bring a tent if you would like.  

For the event day, we suggest having 2 volunteers per shift, we recommend breaking the day into two shifts. We run our volunteer and staff shifts from 1:15-4:30pm and 4:00-7:15pm and recommend partners do the same if you are able to have numerous people work the event. Family friendly costumes are encouraged but not required.
