Join us for a peaceful winter birding outing at Holland State Park. We'll scan Lake Macatawa and Lake Michigan for waterfowl like Buffleheads, Goldeneyes, and Mergansers. Along the way, we'll practice bird identification techniques—including tips on shape, behavior, and field marks—to help build your birding skills.
All skill levels are welcome! Binoculars and a spotting scope will be available to share. Dress warmly and enjoy the quiet beauty of Michigan’s winter birdlife! Binoculars will be provided.
